New Years Day 2010

We had a small braai at our place on New Years Day with Andy's Mom and his sister, brother-in-law and nephews who are visiting from London for two weeks. It was a chilled out relaxed day with the usual South African braai offerings and glorious weather so the pool was a great hit! Zack (aged 3 turning 4 in March) and Calvin (18 months) have both grown and matured so much since we last saw them just four months ago. The kittens were a little frightened and hid away most of the day but Prince was of course his social confident self and Odi slept on the car as per usual not wishing to make an appearance.

I have a good feeling about 2010 or shall I say about myself in 2010 as I don't really believe that a year is capable of being bad in itself but rather the humans in that year make bad choices or choose to be unhappy. Once again - here here to a fresh new year!
