The Kitty Shelter Valentines Hamper Raffle entries closed last Thursday and we drew the names of the winners randomly from all of the entries in the bag.Lots of fun and awesome goodies that went out and the proceeds all go to the shelter to care for, love, feed and medicate the short and long term animals at the shelter.
It is so nice to volunteer at a Shelter like this which despite relying heavily on the goodwill donations and help of the public remains clean, safe, happy and amazing for the animals in care. One of the resident cats, Honey, was being ever so loving while we were there to do the draw. I could have eaten her up or taken her home but I think my five at home need to stay as they are for a while!
